"THE ENDS OF THE EARTH" by Morris Panych at the Timms
Centre for the Arts in Edmonton, Canada.
Director: Beau Coleman.
Lighting: Lee Livingstone
Costumes: David Lovett.
Photographs: Ellis Brothers.
After a first Act in a multitude of different locations, the second Act takes place in a sinister collapsing hotel, swathed in dust sheets.
Live video appeared on the TV sets and projected at the back of the set.
"Colin Winslow's set design brilliantly and wittily serves Panych's narrative, which hopscotches in the blink of an eye from a newspaper office to a park bench to a bus
station to the front seat of an eighteen-wheeler." - Vue Weekly
"The second act set, - the postmodern, already ruined, hotel - was a wonder of design, and as showy as anything you'll see on any 'A' stage." -
